Kunshan AIKO Electronics Co., Ltd

Established in 2001 and located at No. 1 Aiguang Road, Zhouzhuang Town, Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, the company spans a total area of approximately 26,000 square meters. It has built an integrated manufacturing base that combines R&D, production, and assembly. With over 600 experienced technical professionals and more than two decades of dedicated manufacturing expertise, the company has developed a vertical industrial chain—from customized development of wire harness processing to intelligent assembly.

Binhai AIKO Electronics Co., Ltd

Established in 2010 and located in the Binhai Industrial Park, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, the company covers a total area of approximately 9,000 square meters. It has built a specialized manufacturing base focused on the R&D, production, and processing of wire harnesses. With over 400 experienced technical and production professionals and more than a decade of dedicated development, the company has established a comprehensive service system.

Kunshan EIKA Sheet Metal Technology Co., Ltd

Established in 2010 and located at No. 142 Xiuhai Road, Zhouzhuang Town, Kunshan City, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, the company occupies an area of 21,000 square meters and operates a modern base for sheet metal processing, assembly production, and painting. It has progressively built a comprehensive production system encompassing precision sheet metal fabrication, customized assembly, and surface treatment, dedicated to providing customers with high-quality sheet metal.

Iboke Wuxi Electromechanical Co., Ltd

Established in 2018 at No. 130 Xixian Road, Xinwu District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, Iboke Electromechanical specializes in the field of precision machining. The company operates a modern production workshop spanning 3,700 square meters and employs a professional technical team of 65 people. Leveraging advanced processing equipment and a strict quality control system, it provides high-precision mechanical component processing services for various industrial sectors.

Suzhou Hyprop Technology Co., Ltd

Established in 2024 and located at No. 36 Dalian East Road, Aviation Industrial Park, Taicang City, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, Suzhou Hyprop Technology specializes in the precision manufacturing and R&D of aviation components. The company operates a specialized production base covering 5,500 square meters, with a workforce of 150 professionals. It is dedicated to providing R&D and manufacturing services for key aviation components, including metal tubing systems, composite material tubing, flexible connectors, and turbine units.

New Factory of the Group

The new factory project, launched in 2024 with completion scheduled for 2026, is located at No. 80 Xiuyuan Road, Zhouzhuang Town, Kunshan, covering a total area of 59,100 square meters. It will house R&D, precision sheet metal, CNC machining, automated storage, wire harness, and assembly facilities to significantly enhance production capacity and deliver higher-quality products and services.

The establishment of these overseas offices not only strengthens our business development capabilities in the Japanese market, but also provides timely and professional support to local clients, reflecting AIKO Group’s strategic commitment to international growth.

Malaysia Wire Harness Factory

Founded in 1989 and strategically acquired in May 2024, our facility is located in a prime industrial area in Malaysia, close to Kuala Lumpur city center, Port Klang, and Kuala Lumpur International Airport, offering excellent logistics advantages.

The 3,000 m² modern factory, staffed with 150 skilled professionals, specializes in wiring harness processing, unit assembly, and OEM customized production services. Leveraging over 30 years of localized operational experience, we have established a full-service chain covering raw material procurement, precision manufacturing, and finished product delivery, providing agile and efficient solutions to meet the needs of clients in Southeast Asia and global markets.

AIKO Thailand Factory

Located in the Chonburi Industrial Zone, this facility serves as a key node in the Group’s overseas strategic expansion. The factory spans 16,500 m² of land with 18,000 m² of building area and is planned to employ 200 skilled professionals.

Positioned as a comprehensive high-end manufacturing center, the facility will integrate five core business areas: wiring harness processing, precision sheet metal, machining, surface coating, and assembly, with a particular focus on high-precision manufacturing for aerospace and medical device sectors.

The factory is scheduled to commence operations by the end of 2025. Through its development, it aims to optimize and upgrade the Group’s business structure, becoming a pillar of the Group’s future overseas manufacturing operations.
